APCO’s New Location

From our start in a backyard barn to our new 30,000-square-foot facility located at 2030 Dividend Dr., Columbus, Ohio, APCO has grown significantly throughout our 60-year history, expanding our product offerings over the years.

We recently expanded our local operations to better provide the superior home exterior products, installations, and replacements Columbus residents need.

Features of Our New Facility & Showroom in Columbus

In late 2022, APCO made its biggest transition yet, moving to a larger facility that keeps us in step with Columbus’ growth. Located at 2030 Dividend Drive, Columbus, our new building:

• Features a showroom with 35 siding walls, 28 full-size doors, 27 full-size windows, and five full-size decks
• Accommodates 30,000 square feet of warehouse space
• Is home to 20 offices and two conference rooms
• Has a “Fun Room” that provides a variety of activities for employee breaks, including workout equipment and yoga mats

Why Did We Move to a New Location?

Our president and son of our founder, William M. Clarkin, believes APCO’s investment in the new facility reflects the company’s deep roots in Columbus and its commitment to continuing to provide residents with the highest quality products and installation.

When it became clear we needed a larger facility, there was never a doubt that APCO would locate its new showroom in Columbus. We’re proud to be a local, family-owned company, and we understand that the best opportunity to interact with our customers is by positioning ourselves within the community. We also know the importance and value of providing employment opportunities for Columbus residents.

The bigger facility ensures we can continue to carry and showcase top-of-the-line, diverse product offerings, unlike the limited options you’d find at big-box stores.
