APCO NEW ENTRY DOOR PROJECT

This new front door project is located on Briarbend Boulevard in Powell, Ohio.

The original front door of this house was weathered and worn wood and was not holding paint. It was not energy efficient and was leaking air. The replacement door is fiberglass with a factory stain that will not warp and is much more energy efficient.

• Full sidelite #160 (Color: American Cherry)
• Full wood frame with internal grids between glass
• Comfortech glass package
• Emtek Cortina interior handleset
• Imperial exterior handleset (lifetime bright brass finish)
• Brass threshold
• Includes caulking and insulation
• Reuse interior trim
